Solihull Approach
The Solihull Approach is a set of courses and educational sessions for parents, families, teenagers and young people. Alongside courses designed to help families better understand one another, they have a couple of courses for teenagers called

These free course help to explain what happens to your brain as you hit adolescence, why you might be struggling to sleep, and why you feel the way you do. They can be accessed online, for free in your own time. You can join using your phone, tablet or laptop/pc.
